Does HealthTasks have scheduling?
Yes, HealthTasks allows educators to set clinical site schedules with days of the week, start and end times, and start and end dates for each rotation, complete with classroom roster reports, as well as integrations with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendars.
Does HealthTasks have location verification?
Yes. We utilize a secure code-based system to ensure that students are physically present at their clinical sites in order to receive verified start and end times. The code can easily be changed to prevent unauthorized code sharing, and avoids the cumbersome setup, privacy concerns, and technical limitations of GPS tracking.
