Customizable Dashboards for Clinical Education Administrators

1 min read

HealthTasks customizable dashboards let administrators choose the cards they need, arrange them, and make the dashboard the first page they see after signing in.

  1. Make the dashboard yours
  2. See the issue and take the next step
  3. A dashboard that grows with your program

An administrator should not have to scan the same summary every day, regardless of the work in front of them.

HealthTasks now offers a customizable dashboard built into the Classrooms area. Administrators and institution administrators can choose what to see first, arrange it around their responsibilities, and make the dashboard the first page they see after signing in.

Make the dashboard yours

Choose the cards that matter most, put them in the right order, and turn the dashboard into a personal operational command center.

The six available areas are:

  • Classroom progress: See how classes and cohorts are moving forward.
  • Compliance: Spot requirements that need attention before they become blockers.
  • Open assignments: Find unfinished work and keep it moving.
  • Upcoming placements: Prepare for placements and the work ahead.
  • At-risk students: Identify students who may need timely support.
  • Upcoming expirations: Keep important deadlines from slipping past.

A placement coordinator can keep placements and assignments in view. A compliance administrator can put deadlines first. An institution administrator can start with progress across classrooms. Each person gets the information most relevant to their day.

See the issue and take the next step

Cards clearly show when information is loading, when there is nothing to report, or when something needs attention. They also lead directly to the relevant part of HealthTasks, including classroom, student, placement, compliance, and location work.

The dashboard stays focused on the cards each administrator chooses. It is a starting point for action, not another report that requires more searching.

A dashboard that grows with your program

Each administrator's choices are saved for the next sign-in. If a saved view is incomplete or a card changes, the dashboard remains usable. New cards can be added over time without forcing administrators to start over.

Customizable dashboards give every administrator a clearer first decision and a faster path from seeing an issue to addressing it.
