My Evaluations
The sidebar label is Assignments. This page is where you complete, submit, and review evaluations, skills checkoffs, and voice sims (when enabled).
Overview
Open Assignments from the main navigation. Top tabs depend on your plan and institution:
- Checkoffs — skills checkoff videos
- Evaluations — evaluation forms
- Sims — voice simulations (when voice sims are enabled)
Blue dots mark tabs with work waiting for you. Admins and preceptors can also open Create Assignment from this page (see Assign-Evaluations).
Evaluations
Sub-tabs vary by role:

Open a row to complete or view the form. Due-date badges flag overdue and due-soon items.
Skills checkoffs (Checkoffs)

After upload, the video may show AI processing, then awaiting educator feedback, then finalized.
Voice Sims (Sims)
When the Sims tab is available:

Tips
- Check To Complete regularly during clinical blocks.
- Finish before the due date so reviews are not blocked.
- For checkoffs, use clear video and lighting before you upload.
- Educators: clear To Review promptly so students see final results.
Troubleshooting
Missing Checkoffs, Evaluations, or Sims tab
Your plan or institution may not include that product. Ask an admin.
Nothing in To Complete
No pending work is assigned to you, or you are on the wrong top tab.
Video stuck processing
Wait for AI analysis to finish, then refresh. Contact support if it stays stuck.
Need to create new work
Use Create Assignment (admins, faculty, and preceptors)—see Assign-Evaluations.
